Early Access Offer Terms

1. What the offer is

People who join the waitlist and are invited into an early-access wave get their first six months of Winscope free, on the terms below.

The offer covers the Winscope plan made available to you during early access, for one user. It does not cover anything charged separately — usage above fair-use limits, add-ons, professional services, or third-party AI and API costs passed through to you — or any taxes that apply where you are.

2. Who is eligible

• You joined the waitlist at winscope.co with a valid email address you are entitled to use, before the offer closes.
• You received an invitation from us into an early-access wave. Joining the waitlist alone does not qualify you — we choose who is invited in each wave, at our discretion.
• You are signing up as a new Winscope customer, and neither you nor your organisation has already claimed this offer.
• You are able to enter a binding agreement, and if you are signing up for an employer or client, you are authorised to do so.

We may verify eligibility, and we may decline or withdraw the offer where these conditions are not met.

3. How to claim it

Your invitation email will contain a link. Activate your account through that link within 30 days of the invitation being sent. Invitations that expire may be reissued in a later wave, but we do not guarantee that.

The offer is applied automatically when you activate — there is no code to enter, and no payment details are required to start.

4. When the six months run

The free period starts on the day you activate your account, not on the day you joined the waitlist or received your invitation, and runs for six consecutive calendar months.

The period runs continuously whether or not you use the product. It cannot be paused, split, extended, or restarted, except at our discretion if a fault on our side prevents you from using Winscope for a meaningful part of it.

5. What happens at the end

Before your free period ends, we will email you at least 30 days in advance with the price and your options.

You will not be charged automatically. Your card will never be billed unless you have entered payment details and confirmed that you want to continue. If you do nothing, your account moves to a read-only state at the end of the six months. You keep access to everything already in it, and you can export your data at any time afterwards — we do not put a deadline on that.

6. Limits

• One offer per person and per organisation.
• Personal to you and non-transferable. It cannot be sold, assigned, or given to anyone else.
• No cash value, no refunds, no credit. It cannot be exchanged for a discount on anything else, or combined with another promotion unless we say so in writing.
• Normal use only. We may withdraw the offer, or suspend or close an account, for fraudulent signups, duplicate accounts created to claim the offer more than once, reselling access, or breach of our Terms of Use or the product terms.

7. This is not a promise to launch

Winscope is still being built. We cannot commit to a launch date, to the features that will be available when you are invited, or to inviting any particular person. If we do not launch, or you are never invited into a wave, the offer simply never becomes available to you and neither of us owes the other anything.

Your use of Winscope itself will be governed by the product terms of service and any data processing terms presented to you when you activate your account. Where those terms conflict with these, those terms govern the product and these govern the offer.

8. Changes to the offer

We may change or withdraw this offer at any time before you activate your account — including closing it once the early-access programme fills up. Any change is published on this page with a new date at the top.

Once you have activated your account, we will honour the six free months you were offered. Changes made after that point do not apply retroactively to you.

Unless we close it sooner, the offer is available to waitlist members who join on or before 31 October 2026.

9. Other terms

The promoter is Quokka For Good LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is not open to residents of any country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply alongside them. Our decisions about eligibility are final, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
