1. Agreeing to these terms

This website is operated by Quokka For Good LLC ("Winscope", "we", "us"). By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you are using this site for an employer or client, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Winscope is not available yet

Winscope is in development. The features, screens, workflows, and outcomes described on this site describe what we intend to build. They are subject to change, and some may not ship at all.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell you anything, a commitment to deliver a product by any date, or a guarantee of any particular result — including any result relating to bids you win, time you save, or the accuracy of anything the product drafts. Please do not make business decisions in reliance on a product that does not exist yet.

3. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist means we will email you about early access and about Winscope. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email, or by writing to support@winscope.co.
• A waitlist place is not a guarantee of access. Access opens in waves, and we choose who is invited in each wave. We may decline or remove any signup at our discretion.
• Give us an email address you are entitled to use. Do not sign up on someone else's behalf without their permission.
• The survey is entirely optional and every question can be skipped. It does not affect whether you are invited, though telling us more helps us prioritise.
• Any promotional offer mentioned alongside the waitlist — including the first six months free — is governed by the Early Access Offer Terms.

4. What you send us

Please do not send us anything confidential, commercially sensitive, or subject to an obligation you owe someone else — in the survey's free-text box, by email, or anywhere else. That includes client names you are not free to share, live bid details, and anything covered by an NDA. This site is not a secure channel for that material, and you are responsible for what you choose to send.

Feedback, suggestions, and ideas you send us are things we may use freely to improve Winscope, without owing you payment or attribution. You keep whatever rights you already had in them; we are not claiming ownership of your business information. How we handle the personal information in your submission is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest this site by automated means, or copy it in bulk
• Submit false, spam, or repeated signups, or someone else's details
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or try to reach any system or data you are not authorised to reach
• Interfere with the site's operation, or place an unreasonable load on it
• Use the site to break any law, or for any purpose these terms do not allow

If you have found a security issue, we would genuinely like to hear about it — email support@winscope.co and please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else.

6. Our content

The Winscope name and logo, the text, design, layout, graphics, and code of this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this site normally. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our content as your own, or use our name or branding without written permission.

7. Links to other sites

This site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are there.

8. The site is provided as-is

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, in which case the exclusions above apply only as far as the law permits.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, business, or data, arising out of your use of this site or the waitlist — even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to this site or the waitlist will not exceed USD 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes and availability

We may change these terms as the product develops. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. If we make a significant change we will say so on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We may also change, suspend, or take down this site or the waitlist at any time without notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either of us may seek an injunction wherever necessary to protect intellectual property.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
