A proposal is counted when its first analysis starts. Creating one or uploading files doesn’t count, and re-running analysis, planning or drafting on it never uses another. Deleting a proposal doesn’t give it back.
Pages are what Winscope reads, and how you already describe an RFP. A scanned 40 MB PDF can be 30 pages; a text PDF of 2 MB can be 400. We count pages when you upload, before anything is analysed.
You see it at upload, before anything is used. Leave some documents out (keep the main RFP), or upgrade. We never read part of a document, and Winscope always tells you which documents weren’t covered.
On Free, yes: library pages count inside each proposal’s 30 pages. On paid plans the library has its own, much larger allowance.
Your teams go read-only. Everything stays viewable and exportable, but nothing can be changed or analysed until you upgrade. We never charge you without asking first.
