Privacy Policy

Winscope is not generally available yet. Today this site does two things with data: it keeps a waitlist, and it measures how people use the page. This policy explains both in full.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

The short version

We collect your email so we can tell you when early access opens. If you answer the optional survey, we also keep what you told us about how you bid today. We use Google Analytics to see which parts of this page work. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below. Email support@winscope.co and we will delete everything we hold about you.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Quokka For Good LLC ("Winscope", "we", "us"), registered at 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We are the data controller for the information described here — meaning we decide why and how it is used.

For anything in this policy, including requests to see or delete your data, write to support@winscope.co.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you join the waitlist, we ask for your email address. That is the only required field.

After you join, we show an optional survey. Every question in it can be skipped. If you answer, we store what you provide:

  • Your name and the company you work at
  • The role that best describes you, and how many people work on a bid with you
  • How many RFP responses or proposals you work on in a month
  • How you handle that work today, and which tools you use
  • How much of a problem this is for you today, as a rating
  • What made you join, and what you would expect to pay
  • Whether you are open to a 20-minute call
  • Anything you write in the free-text box at the end

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics. When you visit, it sets cookies in your browser and records information about your visit — the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, your device and browser type, the site that referred you, and interactions such as clicking a navigation link or submitting the waitlist form. This is used in aggregate to understand what works on the page. It is not connected to your waitlist entry.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address and the request you made, for security and diagnostics.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for payment details. We do not collect any of your RFPs, proposals, contracts, pricing, or client information — the product that would handle those is not available yet. We do not use tracking pixels from advertising networks, and the fonts on this site are served from our own domain, so visiting this page does not report anything to a font provider.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To contact you about early access. This is the reason you gave us your email, and we rely on your consent. Every email we send you will have a working unsubscribe link.
  • To decide who gets access first. We use survey answers to prioritise invitation waves, and to arrange a call if you said you were open to one.
  • To build the right product. Survey answers tell us what to build and what to charge. We rely on our legitimate interest in developing our product, and this use is always in aggregate — we do not publish anything that identifies you.
  • To understand and secure this site. Analytics and server logs, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

4. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site sets only the cookies Google Analytics needs to tell one visit from another and to count returning visitors. There are no advertising cookies.

Nothing here follows you to other websites, and we do not use this data to build a profile of you or to target advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on, which turns off Google Analytics across every site you visit. The site works exactly the same either way — nothing on this page depends on analytics.

5. Who else sees your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:

  • Supabase — hosts the database that stores waitlist entries and survey answers.
  • Vercel — hosts and serves this website, and keeps the server logs described above.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics.
  • Our email delivery provider — sends the early-access emails you signed up for. We will name them here before the first one goes out.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a buyer if our business is acquired — in which case this policy continues to apply until you are told otherwise.

6. Where your information is stored

Waitlist data is stored in our Supabase project in the ap-southeast-2 region (Sydney, Australia). Our website is hosted by Vercel and served from its global network. Google Analytics processes data in the United States and other countries where Google operates.

This means your information may be transferred outside the country you live in. Where the law requires a safeguard for that transfer — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — we rely on the mechanism our provider has in place.

7. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until Winscope launches and for 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we delete your entry unless you ask us to keep your survey answers.

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own retention setting, currently 14 months. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and then rotated out.

8. How we protect it

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. The waitlist table has row-level security enabled with no public access policies, so the key used in your browser cannot read it — waitlist records are only written and read by our server using a secret key that never leaves it. Access to the database is limited to people who need it.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information and the law requires us to tell you, we will.

9. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to do any of the following, and we will do it free of charge:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete everything we hold about you
  • Stop emailing you — either by unsubscribing or by asking us directly
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you did so

Email support@winscope.co from the address you signed up with and we will action it within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights — including, in the EEA and UK, the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority; and in India, to nominate someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to. In California, note again that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

10. Children

This site is for working professionals and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@winscope.co and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

Winscope is still being built, and what we collect will change when the product launches — a live product handling your proposals raises questions this policy does not need to answer yet. When we update this page we will change the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will email everyone on the waitlist before it takes effect.
